DairyLife Management ("we", "us", "the app") provides a farm management and NZDIA award-preparation platform for New Zealand dairy farmers. - Farm data you enter: records such as milk production, pasture, feed, livestock, mating/reproduction, animal health, environment, people, finance and safety information, along with any notes, goals, decisions and evidence files you upload.
- Photos: images you submit for AI assessment (for example body condition scoring).
- Technical data: basic usage and device information needed to operate and secure the service.

- To provide dashboards, analytics, reports and award-readiness tools.
- To power AI features (Farm Copilot, photo assessment, award story generation).
- To authenticate you and keep your account and data secure.
- To send essential account emails, such as password reset links.
3. AI processing
Some features send the relevant data or images you provide to trusted AI processing providers so we can generate insights, assessments and summaries for you. This data is used only to produce the result you requested and is not sold.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the app (such as cloud hosting, email delivery and AI processing), and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.
5. Data storage & security
Your data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact below).

8. Children
DairyLife Management is intended for farm business use and is not directed at children under 13.
